We've used Mark & Liz a few times now and we recently used them to buy and sell a house at the same time. The whole process with them is super easy and they are on top of everything. They did research prior to us putting an offer in to make sure our offer was in line with the market and competitive enough to make our offer stand out. As far as selling goes, we got a full price offer in the first weekend and even got some extra credits thanks to Liz and her due diligence. Their knowledge, experience and expertise make them great partners for all your real estate needs.

I would highly recommend Liz and Mark to handle the selling of any property. They went above and beyond everything I had expected in a realtor. Not only was their knowledge of the market and the things I could do to maximize the selling price spot on, but they also understood some limitations I have and worked closely with me to get the necessary work done to put my home on the market and get the best price possible. Opportunity knocked and Liz and Mark stepped forward to represent me on what would be a challenging estate purchase. Liz clearly advised me of probable delays, issues with the closing as well as the “as is” condition of the property. When listing discrepancies came to light post offer acceptance, both Mark and Liz stepped in to address with sellers agent and other parties to favorably resolve. Highly responsive and supportive during an emotional rollercoaster 3 month closing period. Should the future put me back into the real estate market, who else would I call?
